  Warning, do not hire this company for anything. They are the worst fencing company and are only in it for the money. My neighbor hired them to fix their fence. They did not mark the property line and never consulted me on building the fence. They cut my sprinkler line which is on my property and caused me to lose water to my entire front yard. I was out of town at the time and no effort was made to inform me of the problem. Apparently they made a half effort to fix it but failed in their attempt. Coming back from vacation I had no clue why my water didn’t work. I didn’t know my control line ran in that direction. I spent the next 2 months with a sprinkler professional trying to find out the problem. I ended up digging up a quarter of my front yard until I found the problem. Just informing me would have eliminated this frustrating problem. I had to miss 2 days of work and hire people to hand water my yard when I was out of town. I called them to resolve the issue and Big Mike answered and denied fault and said that he is not responsible for unmarked lines. I told him the line was on my property and that I signed no contract that released him from responsibility. He then said you don’t know that it was us that damaged it. I informed him that my neighbor witnessed it. Forgetting what he had just said he then said yeah I was there too and saw the broken line. That’s when I realized that he didn’t want to do the right thing and would do anything to not claim responsibility. After 5 minutes of a heated discussion he finally agreed to pay for my bill for the sprinkler repair. He is lucky I didn’t sue him because my lawyer friend said it is a clear cut case and I found out later the fence was built on my property. I am personally out $2300 including my working wages for 2 days. Don’t piss off your neighbor and don’t hire these guys.
  
  Just received a facebook response from a Big Mikes Employee (Bryan Shaw). Only proves why they are so bad. He didn't read my review as his response shows this. I will paste it below.
  
  Bryan Shaw Omfg. U are retarded if u can't figure out where a water leak is. 2nd it might have cost 5$ if your husband was a real man.... Big Mike Fencing did an awesome job on my fence

  They did a great job, very trustworthy, when there were changes he was very flexible....
  Much appreciated, you get what you pay for.
