  My son asked me to join him here for the Taekwondo Family class. I was hesitant, even though I had known the wonderful staff and Grand Master Church through their after school program and summer Mudo camps. My hesitation was because I'm a non-athletic, overweight, and middle-aged. However, my reluctance was completely unwarranted; I've had a great time and delight in connecting with my son through something different. I have enjoyed the classes immensely and have become more fit and flexible as a result. On top of everything else, I’ve learned skills that I know would help in an increasingly uncertain world.
