  Scheduled my appointment because they said they took our insurance but when we came in for my appointment they said that they no longer do. My wife had to take time off work, we had to drive 1 hour (round trip) only to be informed at the time of the appointment that they don't take our insurance. Very unprofessional in my opinion. A courtesy call would have been nice.
