  I love this stuff! I use E3 Renew Me, Total Body Blend and I swear by it. In the midst of the flu and cold season I have been taking this twice a day along with a probiotic and fresh squeezed ginger and wheat grass shots. I have yet to get sick! This is amazing being that I work with students that habitually come to school sick. Not to mention a decrease in my normally colossal size appetite. And it's vegetarian and gluten free. I have recommended this product to my friends being that I'm happy with it myself. Another bonus about this product that I've just recently learned is that they make supplements for animals, dogs, cats and horses... I'm thrilled to discover this! I will be looking into the equine supplements next. ; )
