  This review is for Gustavos which was once at the Running Y and is now on South Sixth Street in Klamath Falls.

  When Gustavos was at the Running Y, the service was abysmal, and I was ignored on several occasions because they were severely understaffed.
  
  Thought I'd give them another try, so I went to lunch here. There was a tremendous amount of upsell pressure from my server, which I didn't appreciate. Had to say "no" twice on several occasions.
  
  Got a burrito, and the portions were small. The rice was overcooked (crunchy) and the burrito and side of beans were not very hot. In fact, the beans, while not cold, were barely room temperature.
  
  The prices are very high for what you get.
