  I pulled out of my own place of work at 5:00pm and all of a sudden my car started making an awful screeching and scraping noise. I called up Klamath Car Care and asked if they could look at my car to tell me if it was a danger to drive or could safely be fixed in a couple of days. I drove up and they came right out to meet me (the screeching could be heard from inside the shop), diagnosed the issue, and had it fixed on a matter of minutes. Fantastic!
