  They don't even deserve the one star. The lady in medical records looses paperwork and takes forever to get referrals processed if they ever get them done at all. Requested physical therapy for my neck requested by my orthopedic surgeon requested it. Never heard anything back that was the summer of 2017 same thing with my lower back except this time they lost the form I had to come in and fill out for my insurance to approve. They manage to screw everything up. Don't go here if you want good service
